How we work.
Most engagements start with a short discovery call where we pressure-test the problem and the constraints. From there we propose a focused scope — what we'll ship, on what timeline, and what success looks like. No bloated proposals, no indefinite "phases."
You'll work directly with the engineer building your system. Written specs, clear commit history, deployments you can watch go out. When the engagement ends, you own the code and the knowledge to keep moving without us.
